Chidori

Using lightning element, user draws large amount of lightning around it's hand that can be later attack with at target.

Wind Release, Rasen-shuriken

1000 chakra.
Using wind element, user can advance his rasengan with wind element making a technique that has maximum shape manipulation with element. Result is a strong technique in shape of a large shuriken. Must learn rasengan before this technique.
Lightning Cutter

200 chakra.
Using lightning element, user can advance his chidori drawing even larger amount of lightning around it's hand that can be later attack with at target. Requires to learn chidori before this technique.
